March 10, 1876 - February 15, 1966
Mrs. B. F. (Fannie) Justiss, 89, of Shuler, died in a local hospital at 8:25 a.m. Tuesday following a long illness. Mrs. Justiss was born in Union County March 10, 1876, the daughter of John and Mary Frances Wesson Tatum. A lifelong resident of the county, she was a member of Fredonia Methodist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Estelle Harrell of El Dorado and Mrs. Della Jones of Sulphur Springs, Tex. She leaves also three grandchildren, Gary F. Harrell of El Dorado, James Frank Jones of Sulphur Springs, Mrs. Barbara Ann Smith of Fort Worth, Tex., two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Rumph Mortuary, with the Rev. C. Ray Hozendorf officiating. Burial will be in Fredonia Cemetery. The family will be at the home of Mrs. Estelle Harrell, 328 W. Hillsboro St. (The El Dorado Times - February 15, 1966)
