Brenda Carol Bise McDougal, 61, of Bradford passed from this life Wednesday, October 23, 2019 in Jonesboro. She was born April 28, 1958 in Lamesa, California to Howard Bise and the late Helen Joplin Ragsdell.
Brenda was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of Bradford Baptist Church. Brenda had a strong faith in God. She loved studying her bible and going to church with her grandkids. One of her greatest wishes was that her family be led by God to walk his path. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening, and especially spending time with her grandkids.
Brenda is survived by her father, Howard Bise of Newport; husband, Wayne McDougal of Bradford; sons, Johnny McDougal (Ambra) and Glenn McDougal (Deanna) both of Bradford; sister, Michelle Leggett, Sherry Bise, and sister in law, Susan DiGaetano, all of Jonesboro; a brother, Rickey Bise of Newport; three grandchildren, Jillian McDougal, Austin McDougal, and Riley McDougal, all of Bradford; and several cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother and one sister, Pam Bise.
Visitation will be Saturday at the Bradford Memorial Funeral Home chapel from 6-8pm. The funeral service will be held Sunday at 2pm at Bradford Baptist Church with Bro. Jody Jackson and Cecil Walker officiating. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
