Betty Ruth (Toddy) Gagner, 63, of Bradford, died Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at White County Medical Center in Searcy. She was born November 21, 1949 in Newport to the late Leland Toddy and Ina Beatrice Pritchard. She was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her daughters, Betty Webb of Searcy, Brenda Brown of Bradford, Tammy Smith of Garner and Amy Wilson of Beebe; three brothers, James Leo Toddy of Lakeland, Florida, Willie George Toddy of Pinebluff and Johnny Ray Toddy of Pangburn; two sisters, Donna May Williams of Judsonia and Teresa Fay Allen of Bradford; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents that raised her, Phyllis and Leland Toddy; her biological mother, Ina Pritchard; three sisters, Dorothy Winningham, Mary Redding and Shirley An Hanney. Visitation will be held Friday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Services will be conducted Saturday, November 9, 2013, 12:00 p.m., at Powell Funeral Home in Bald Knob. Interment will follow in Oakland Hill Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Powell Funeral Home Bald Knob-Judsonia.
