Linda Joy Burchfield Wolfe, 73, of Waldo, AR, passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at the Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Magnolia, AR.
Linda was born in February 2, 1944 in Waldo, AR to the late Coy and Ola (Miller) Burchfield. She was a member of the First Methodist Church on Waldo. Linda worked as a waitress at 66 Kitchen for many years and retired from Magnolia Regional Medical Center as a Ward Clerk. She graduated from Waldo High School in 1963.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents; husband Dexter Lee Wolfe; daughter Kimberly D. Perdue; brothers, Raymond Burchfield, Carl Burchfield, Thomas Burchfield, Joe Burchfield, and Harvey Winston Burchfield.
She is survived by her sons, Terry L. Wolfe of Waldo, AR and Gary D. Wolfe of Stephens, AR; daughter Mona L. Fuller and significant other James Cogdell of El Dorado, AR; sisters, Laverne Atkinson of Magnolia, AR, Virgina Garnell Tiegen of Baxter, MN, and Shirley Shaver of Tampa, FL; grandsons, Daniel Williams and wife Ashley of Magnolia, AR, Michael Williams of El Dorado, AR, Shane Fuller and wife Ashley of Magnolia, AR, Lance Fuller and wife April of Waldo, AR, and Thomas Wolfe of Kalamazoo, MI; great grandchildren, Brittni Williams, Emma Williams, Tara Williams, Cady Williams, Taylar Fuller, BayLee Fuller, Hazen Fuller, Tanner Fuller, Holdyn Fuller, and Maeson Fuller.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 5, 2018 at the Lewis Chapel with Randy Click officiating. Burial will follow at the Shiloh Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home in Magnolia, AR. Visitation will be held Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Larry Atkinson, Doug Collier, Branon Collier, Kevin Collier, Brent Atkinson, and Shane Fuller.
The family requests memorial donations are sent to the charity of the donor’s choice.
