Patsy Otwell, 68 of Magnolia, Arkansas died Friday, June 22, 2012 at the Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Magnolia.
Patsy was born September 14, 1943 in Rocky, Oklahoma to the late James Edward and Vera Johnson and was also preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters. She was a wonderful homemaker who had a deep faith in loving, raising and caring for her husband, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Sammy Otwell of Magnolia; sons, Sammy Otwell, Jr. and Chris Otwell and wife Randa both of Magnolia; daughters, Kimberly Otwell of Homer, Louisiana and Becky Otwell Walker and husband Anthony of Benton; grandchildren, Sammy Otwell, III of Magnolia, Jennifer Lawler Monk and Jake Lawler both of Homer, Louisiana, Jessica Williams, Candice Williams and Robin Williams all of Benton, Ashley Otwell of El Dorado, C.J. Otwell of Magnolia, John Walker of Benton, and Bobby Greeno of Benton; great grandchildren, Aliyah Otwell, Jeremiah Otwell, Ivyonia Otwell, Addison Monk, Bryce Monk , Brody Monk, Brayden Gray, Kylie Moreland, Daxton Littles, Brody Baughn, C.J. Greeno, Katlean Greeno, Walker Greeno, Katlean Walker, Lauren Walker, and Jared Walker.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 25, 2012 at the Shiloh Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. of Magnolia. Visitation will be Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Bryce Monk, Jake Lawler, C.J. Otwell, and Robin Williams.
