Obituary for Robert Bayne
A Private Graveside Service for Robert Keith Bayne of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be Friday, June 8, 2012, at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, with Reverend Gene McCoy officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the Ozark V.F.W. Post #3246 Honor Guard.

Robert passed away June 4, 2012, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 89. He was born March 3, 1923, in Boscobel, Wisconsin, the son of James and Julia Schofield Bayne. He married Myrtle Marie Whitall on November 8, 2002, at Mountain Home, Arkansas and worked as a sales representative for a trucking company. Robert was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. Robert lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1986. He enjoyed bicycling, playing tennis, and basketball. Robert was active in the Senior Olympics.

Robert is survived by his step-daughter, Suzette (Dar) Brummer of Mountain Home, AR; 3 sisters, Patricia Baker of Carlsbad, NM, Betty Anne Higgins and Millicent Byrd both of Mountain Home, AR.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.

Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
