Mary Kitchens, 75, of Magnolia, Arkansas died Saturday, May 28, 2011 at the Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana, Texas.
Mary was born February 8, 1936 in Columbia County, Arkansas to the late Walter and Ella (Gardner) Millican. She was a member of the North Acres Baptist Church and was retired from CB Form Company.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Kitchens; daughter, Janie Newton; grandson, W.T. Newton; brothers, Allen, Jimmy, and Thomas Millican; sisters, Velive Butler, Annie Thompson; and nephew, Ricky Millican.
Survivors are her daughters, Susan Nipper and husband Conrad of Emerson, Arkansas and Tracy Kitchens of Midwest City, Oklahoma; sons, David Kitchens and wife Michelle and Jeff Kitchens both of Midwest City, Oklahoma; brother, William Millican and wife Linda of Buckner, Arkansas; brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Bobbie Kitchens of Magnolia, Arkansas; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation with the family will be held Monday, May 30th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Lewis Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31st at Lewis Chapel with Bro. Joe Brown officiating. Burial will follow at the Shiloh Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. of Magnolia.
Pallbearers will be David Caswell, Randy Oliver, Paul Stanley, W.T. Newton, Gary Millican, and Jeff Millican. Honorary pallbearers will be Logan Holmes, Austin Burns, Dillan Stanley, and Dylan Kitchens.
Memorials may be made to the North Acres Baptist Church.
