BRAITHWAIT, John - Died at his residence northwest of this city on Wednesday, June 18th, 1890 of heart troubles, John Braithwait, aged about 78 years. "Uncle Johnny" as he was called by all who knew him, had been with us a long, long time and there was no one better liked or more highly respected than he. His remains were buried in the Woods grave yard east of the city. We will endeavor to get an appropriate obituary by our next issue.
