Charles Edward Dockins son of Bartholomew Gazaway Dockins and Louisa (Robins) Dockins. Minnie Bell (Smith) Dockins daughter of James Larkin Smith and Elvira Elizabeth Casandra "Bettie" (Newman) Smith. Charles and Minnie each were born in Izard County, Arkansas and died in Calico Rock, Izard County, Arkansas.

Charles Dockins
Charles Edward Dockins, age 89, of Pineville, Ark., died October 10, in the Calico Rock Medical Center.
He was a retired farmer, and a Pentecost. He had lived in Izard County all his life.
Survivors include: his wife, Minnie Smith Dockins of the home; two sons, Charlie Dockins of Ind., and Theodore Dockins of Dolph, Ark.; three daughters, Velma Sanders of Dolph; Zela Sanders of Dolph; Carrie Owens of Forty Four; 2 brothers, Joe Dockins of Calico Rock; Carnie Dockins of Dolph; 2 half-sisters, Audie Powell of Oxford; Omah McCurley of Calico Rock; 36 children and one sister, Mrs. Ella Aylor of Little Rock.
Funeral service was held October 12, at 2:00 p.m. in Wayland Arbor Church. Interment in Wayland Arbor Cemetery near Dolph Arkansas.
Pallbearers were: Johnny Dockins, Rex Dockins, Junior Owens, Darrell Owens, Bobby Sanders, and Glen Sanders.
Note: It appears that what is listed as 36 children should be grandchildren. And also Note that he was actually buried in the Dolph Baptist Cemetery which is across the road from the Wayland Arbor Cemetery.
