Dr. John J. Flynn, 62, of Rogers died Feb. 28, 1995, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rogers. He was born April 8, 1932, in Bronx, N.Y., to Patrick Joseph Flynn and Lily Mae Carroll Flynn.

He was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He was a retired chiropractor after practicing for 20 years in San Diego, Calif. He moved to Rogers in 1979 and was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Terence Flynn, who died in 1979.

Survivors include his wife, Mary M. Sharp Flynn; a brother, Martin A. Flynn of Rogers; and a sister, Rose M. Lofaro of Pequannock, N.J.

Mass of Christian Burial was at 1 p.m., Friday, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers with the Rev. Michael Sinkler, M.S.

Burial will follow at St. Vincent Cemetery in Rogers.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, at Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Rogers with a prayer service at 7 p.m. officiated by Deacon Clarence Leis.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
