ELM SPRINGS — Linda Faye Scott, 58, of Elm Springs died Sept. 23, 2008, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. She was born July 14, 1950, in Lebanon, Ore., to Quinten R. and Hazel Sloan Watkins.

She was a member of Faith Regular Baptist Church in Elm Springs. She was a sales clerk at Jennifer's Antique Store. She enjoyed sewing, painting and cooking.

Survivors include her husband, Monte Scott of the home; her son, Shannon Scott of the home; two brothers, Rex Watkins and wife Tammy of Lowell and Jim Watkins and wife Cheryl of Centerton; his sister, Donna Kay Williamson and husband Wayne of Elm Springs.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Faith Regular Baptist Church in Elm Springs with the Rev. Gary Jewell officiating.

Burial will follow in Elm Springs Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Memorial Funeral Home in Springdale, online at www.memfuneral.com.

Pallbearers will be Afton Scott, Travis Williamson, Justin Watkins, Jason Scott, Justin Scott, Bobby Skirvin and Brook Scott.

Memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice 901 Jones Road, Springdale, 72762.

Monte Dale Scott, 69, of Elm Springs, Arkansas went to be with the Lord March 28, 2020. He was born March 31, 1950 in Springdale, Arkansas, the son of the late Glennon and Dolly Cross Scott. Monte was of the Baptist faith. He had retired from JB Hunt Transport after 38 years of service. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Linda, and several siblings.

Monte is survived by his son, Shannon Scott of Springdale, Arkansas; brothers, Lee Scott and Evelyn of Elm Springs, Arkansas, Gene Scott and Sherry of Colcord, Oklahoma, Kelly Scott of China; brother-in-law, Rex Watkins and Tammy of Lowell, Arkansas; sisters-in-law, Donna Williamson, Joyce Scott and Kay Reynolds all of Elm Springs, Arkansas and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Private graveside funeral services will be Wednesday, April, 1, 2020 in Elm Springs Cemetery with Reverend Glynn Trusty officiating, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home 3926 Willowood Avenue Springdale, Arkansas 72762. There will be no visitation.
