Mary Lou Stingley Smith, 81, of West Helena, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at her home. Mrs. Smith was born December 29, 1930 at West Helena to the late Frederick "Fred" and Bessie Lou McGrew Stingley. She was a retired insurance claims representative.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, Benjamin Kirk "B.K." Smith of West Helena; one son, Joe Smith and wife, Jan of West Helena; one daughter, Lynn McDonald of West Helena; four grandchildren, April Harper and husband, Bruce, Christy King and husband, David, Trey Steiner, and Lisa Smith; eight great-grandchildren, Katherine Norman, Blake Harper, Bradley Harper, Zack Harper, Bailey King, Hadyn Steiner, Abby King, and Clayton King.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, James Frederick "Jim" Stingley ; and her grandmother Lula "Damie" McGrew.

Funeral services for Mary Lou Stingley Smith will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, April 26, 2012 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena. Reverend Richard Rogers will officiate. Visitation will be held from 1:30 p.m. until service time.

Pallbearers are Randy Catlett, Walter Morris, Jr., Orin Robinson, Patrick Martin, Dan Johnson, and Ken Leitch.

Memorials may be made in memory of Mary Lou Smith to the West Helena United Methodist Church, 109 North 6th Street, West Helena, AR. 72390.

Services will be directed by Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Helena (870) 572-2571.

B.K. Smith, 86, of West Helena, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at his home. Mr. Smith was born February 21, 1926 at County Line to the late Benjamin Kirk Smith, Sr. and the late Myrtle Brock Smith. He was a former employee of the Mohawk Rubber Company and a member of the West Helena United Methodist Church.

Mr. Smith is survived by his son, Joe Smith (Jan) of West Helena; daughter, Lynn McDonald of West Helena; four grandchildren, April Harper (Bruce), Christy King (David), Trey Steiner (Teresa), and Lisa Smith; ten great-grandchildren, Katherine Norman, Blake Harper, Bradley Harper, Zack Harper, Bailey King, Hadyn Steiner, Abby King, Clayton King, David Hall, and Ann Carol Hall; one brother, Roy Smith (Deanna) of Crockett, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 62 years, Mary Lou Stingley Smith; three brothers and six sisters.

Graveside services for B.K. Smith will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2012 at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena. Brother Ray Wooten will officiate. Visitation will be held from 1:30 until 2:00 at Sunset prior to the service.

Pallbearers are Randy Catlett, Walter Morris, Jr., Orin Robinson, Patrick Martin, Dan Johnson and Ken Leitch.
