Patricia Diane (Morgan) Thomas was born to E. G. “Bill” Morgan and Pearlie Mae (Burch) Morgan on March 10, 1960 in Camden, AR. She departed this life on Monday, October 07, 2013 at Lifetouch Hospice House in El Dorado, AR.

Those who precede her in death are her parents, E. G. and Pearlie Mae Morgan and both sets of grandparents, Emmit and Sally Morgan and Archie and Fannie Mae Burch.

She gave her life to Christ and united with New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Louann, AR where she remained until she was called home. Patricia was a loving mother and grandmother who’s last request was for her children and grandchildren to get to know Jesus as Savior and Lord. “It’s Good to Know Jesus”. Patricia worked at various jobs (General Dynamics, Comfort Inn, etc) until she became disabled.

Those left to cherish her memories are one daughter, Barbara “Tootie” (Bobby) Betters of Camden, AR; three sons, Archie “Shun” Morgan, Patrick Thomas and Antonio Richards all of Camden, AR; one godson, Cortez King of El Dorado, AR; three sisters, Loraine (Jimmy) Gilmore of Bearden, AR and Sherry Denise (Chris) Bonet of Camden, AR and Kristy (Ron) Haymon of Little Rock, AR; three brothers, Joe Edward Morgan, Eddie Dean Morgan and Darryl Gene Morgan of Camden, AR; five grandchildren, Janiya, Roderick, Ramorian, Octivian and Rakah and host of nieces, nephews and other family friends.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, October 12, 2013 at New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Louann, AR with burial in New Jerusalem Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
