The stone is broken with parts missing. The data seen on the stone would apparently make Hattie's birth date around Nov 10, 1887. She is listed on the 1900 Woodruff Co, Arkansas Census in the household of Thomas N. and Sarah Ann Wallender as Hester, age 13, born in Arkansas in July 1887. Her father, Thomas died in 1913 and is buried in White Church Cemetery, Woodruff Co. Her mother, Sarah's last known residence was with her daughter Annie Bradley and family in Lawrence Co, AR in 1930. Sarah's age was listed as 77 years.
The top corner piece was located under a nearby bush.
