Della C. Hathorn, 76, Rt. 6, Springdale, died Aug. 31 in Washington City Hospital in Fayetteville. Born May 5, 1898, in Madison County, she was the daughter of John T. and Sarah Hasty Cook, and was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include six sons, Clyde Hathorn, Healdton, Okla., Clifton Hathorn, Huntsville, J. B. Hathorn, Kingston, Eugene Hathorn, Cave Springs and Everette J.T. Hathorn and Gary Hathorn, both of Springdale; five daughters, Mrs. Nolan (Margaret) Cocherell, Springdale, Mrs. Earl (Maxine) Delaney, Chow Chilla, Calif., Mrs. Helton (Marie) Bartlett, North Little Rock, Mrs. Wilmer (Ollie) Jackson, Rolla, Mo., Mrs. Luther (Peggie) Jones, Springfield, Mo.; two brothers, Preston Cook, Ft. Gibson, Okla., and Joe Cook, Huntsville; three sisters, Mrs. Ella Maggard, Mrs. Marge Doty and Mrs. Madge Watson, all of Huntsville.

Funeral services were held today at 2 p.m. in Sisco Chapel, with Rev. Cecil Garrison officiating. Burial was in Wilson Cemetery under direction of Sisco.

Pallbearers were Jerry R. Jackson, Terry Hathorn, Jeff Hathorn, Bob Hathorn, Larry Harris, Jimmy Cook, Vernon Tucker and Tommy Bartlett.
