Betty Mae Pogue, 87, of Mountain View, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on March 19, 2016 at Highlands of Mountain View. Betty was born on August 8, 1928 in Iraan, Texas to the late William and Garnett (Morgan) Williams. Betty was a member of the First United Methodist Church and worked in bookkeeping for most of her life. Betty was a beloved daughter, sister, niece, mother, aunt, grandma, great-grandma, and great-great grandma and a dear friend to all who knew her.

Betty is survived by her daughters, Ellen Brannon and her late husband Dennis of Allison, Arkansas, Teresa Meredith of Oklahoma, and Brenda Jensen and husband Tim of Mountain View, Arkansas; one son, Tommy Pogue and wife Brenda of Goodman, Missouri; one brother, Robert (Bobby) Williams of Joplin, Missouri; grandchildren, Mickey, Cherie, Wendy, Kenny, Christy, Jeffery, Mark, Brian, and Clifton; fifteen great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, William and Garnett (Morgan) Williams; late husband, Oris Hugh Pogue, and four sisters.

A visitation will take place on Tuesday, March 22, 2016, from 12:30-1:30PM at Roller Coffman Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas. Graveside service will follow the visitation beginning at 2:00PM at Levisy Flat Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas with Brother Randy Long officiating. Music and song will be by Carolyn Carter.

Pallbearers are Mark Jensen, Tom Pogue, Jeff Brondhaver, Tim Jensen, Haskell Richie, and Mickey Brannon.
