When Annie E (Daniel Dexter Charlton) Burk was born on January 1, 1907, in Tallahatchie, Mississippi, her father, Lewis, was 21, and her mother, Lou, was 20. She had nine children with Daniel Dexter "Dan"(Annie E Burk) Charlton. She died on December 8, 1998, in West Helena, Arkansas, at the age of 91.
