SILOAM SPRINGS - Timothy Jake Dixon passed away from this life into Heaven's arms on Oct. 4, 2018, at his home. He was born in Siloam Springs on Aug. 16, 1962. Tim is survived by his mother, Donetta Samuels and father Tom Dixon and wife Alice Dixon of Springfield, Ark. Tim has one sister and three brothers, Susan (Dean) Miller, David Dixon, Mike (Jennifer) Samuels all of Siloam Springs and Marty (Jennifer) Samuels of Russellville, Arkansas.

Tim was a graduate of Siloam Springs High School. He also served in the U.S. Army. Tim's passion was working on old cars. Tim loved passing out candy, visiting and telling jokes to his family and friends around town.

Tim was involved in a tragic motorcycle accident in 1990 where he suffered a severe head injury. Tim spent six weeks in a coma and two years in rehabilitation. Tim was a fighter and exceeded all expectations. He knew no limitations with his disability. He was able to live independently and drove his little truck for the past 25 years. Tim loved First Christian Church where he has been a member for over 40 years.

The family would like to express their appreciation for the prayers and outpouring of love they have received.

Services will be held on Sunday, Oct. 7 at 3 p.m., at First Christian Church in Siloam Springs with Terry Eaves officiating. To sign the online guestbook, visit www.wassonfuneralhome.com.
