Frances J. "Betsy" Holland, 71, of West Helena, Arkansas passed away Sunday, January 19, 2014 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mrs. Holland was born October 10, 1942 to the late Joseph E. and Pauline White. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.

Mrs. Holland is survived by two daughters, Pam White (Johnny) of West Helena and Kim Keirsey (Lee) also of West Helena; five grandchildren, Matt Steinbeck, Josh Steinbeck, Brittany Mitchell, Lexi White and Hanah Keirsey; three great-grandchildren, Kylee, Anthony and Rhiley Steinbeck; three sisters, Jo Ann Traylor (Guy) of Simi Valley, California, Christy Lawrence (Johnny) of Elaine, Arkansas and Cinddy Friddell of Searcy, Arkansas; sister-in-law, Imogene White; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Joe White; and two brothers-in-law, Farris "Perk" Perkins and Johnny Friddell.

Funeral services for Frances J. "Betsy" Holland will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 23, 2014 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena. Brother Fred Garrison will officiate. Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.

Pallbearers are Macon Perkins, Matt Steinbeck, Josh Steinbeck, Foster Mitchell, Gunnar Files, and Matt Gibbs.

Services will be directed by Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Helena
