Thomas (Earl) Halfacre, 68, of Maysville, died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, at the Veterans' Hospital in Fayetteville, He was born April 1, 1945, in Wynne, Ark., to Tony and Mary Holland Halfacre.
Mr. Halfacre was a disabled veteran of the U. S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Thomas Jr.; and two sisters, Rosie and Judy.
Survivors include his wife, Earlene of Maysville; one son, George Halfacre, of the home; one daughter, Deborah Welby of Sulphur Springs; six grandchildren; and three brothers, Hulan, William and Bill Halfacre, all of Arkansas.
Funeral services will be September 28 at 2 p.m. at Maysville Baptist Church with Raymond Scott officiating. Burial will be at Maysville Cemetery.
Cremation and arrangements are by Ozark Funeral Home of Noel.
