Jim Leon Summerfield, 67, of Eucha, Oklahoma, died January 9, 2015 at Northwest Medical Center, Bentonville, Arkansas. Born December 7, 1947, in Delaware County, Oklahoma, he was the son of Sanders J. and Elizabeth (McLaughlin) Summerfield. Jim married Cheri Hunter. He was a dairy and poultry farmer.

Survivors include his wife Cheri of the home; son James Summerfield and wife Heather of South West City, Missouri; daughter Johanna Smith and husband Jay of Maysville, Arkansas; three brothers Jess, John Wayne and Eugene Summerfield all of Jay, Oklahoma; sister Lucy Ann Vance of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Maysville Bible Church, Maysville, Arkansas with Pastor Jim Whisenant officiating. Burial will follow at Maysville Cemetery, Maysville, Arkansas.
