Jessie James Mc Elvain, 64 of Helena, Arkansas died Saturday August 18, 2007 at Ft. Root Hospice in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born September 29, 1942 to the late James Edward and Mary Edith Spencer McElvain in Henderson, Kentucky.
Mr. McElvain was a heavy equipment operator and of the Baptist Faith.
He is survived by a long time companion Betty Blaylock of Helena; 2 brothers, Bobby McElvain of Helena, and Billy McElvain of Evansville, IN; 3 sisters, Wilma "Rick" Fluty of Evansville, IN., Mary Ann Youngblood of Crofton, KY., and Debbie McElvain.
Graveside services will be 12 noon Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena.
Roller-Citizens Funeral Home of West Helena will officate (870) 572-2571.
