GRAVETTE — Leslie Fred Welty of Gravette passed away on May 22, 2018. He was born on Feb. 2, 1934, in Chicago, Ill., to the late Leslie and
Frances Welty.

Leslie was a veteran of the Korean War, where he served in the Air Force. He was a member of Grace Meadows Fellowship Church in Maysville.

Survivors include his son, Vincent Welty and wife Deborah of Gravette; grandchildren, Desiree Nicole Welty, Joshua Tyler Welty, Quentin Nichols, Rose Welty, Tames Welty; and sister, Rita Haynes. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Beatrice Welty; and four children, Glenn Franklin Welty, Clinton Eugene Welty, Jay Royce Welty, and Christy Ann Nichols.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 26 at Grace Meadows Fellowship Church in Maysville. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Maysville Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers. www.RollinsFuneral.com.

GRAVETTE — Beatrice Irene Welty, age 70, of Gravette died Aug. 13, 2013. Bea was born July 2, 1943, in Niagara County, N.Y., to Frank and Ethel (Houseknecht) Rupert.

Met and married her husband in Phoenix, Ariz., and lived there for 21 years before moving to Gravette in 1984.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Charles Rupert; sisters, Esther Alexander and Dorothy Hiller; and three sons, Jay Welty, Clinton Welty and Glenn Welty.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Leslie Welty; son, Vincent Welty and wife, Deborah, of Sulphur Springs; daughter, Christy Nichols of Maryland; sister, Grace Campbell of Delaware; brother, Frank Rupert and wife, Barbara, of Georgia; five grandchildren, 13 nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 19, 2013, at Western Hills Baptist Church, 1101 S.W. Second, Bentonville.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday at Grace Meadows Fellowship in Maysville. Burial will follow in Maysville Cemetery.
