HUNTSAVILLE--Hildegard Hedwig Dobbyn, 75, of Huntsville died May 29, 2002, at her home. She was born May 14, 1927, in Schrotkirsch, Germany, to Josef and Maria Bomba Stoisch. She was a naturalized United States citizen and was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Huntsville and was a member and past matron of Huntsville Chapter 487, Order of the Eastern Star and Goshen Chapter 614, Order of the Eastern Star. She was also a member of the International Grand Representative Association, the Order of the Eastern Star, Mat-Ta-Nah Temple 136, Daughters of the Nile, and Fayetteville Court 13, Order of the Amaranth.

Survivors include her husband, Douglas E. Dobbyn of the home; one sister, Agnes Farley of Huntsville; two nieces, Helen Warzecha of Aberdeen, Md., and Mary Jo Reinhard of Columbus, Ohio.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Brashears Funeral Home in Huntsville with the Rev. Frank Cook officiating.

Burial will be in Clifty Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Dr. Kevin Hatfield, Jeff Cline, Brandon Stein, Jarred Rogers, Lee Holt and Jack Sharp.

Eastern Star rites will be conducted by Huntsville Chapter 487, OES.
