Gail Johnston Lewis Collins, age 65, of Forrest City, died July 15, 2013 in Jonesboro.

She was born in Helena on November 6, 1947 the daughter of Claudie Johnston and Virgie Smith Johnston.

She was retired from Sanyo Manufacturing and was a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her twin brother, Gaylon Ray Johnston.

She is survived by one son, Larry Lewis of Wynne; one daughter, Claudia Buchanan of Cherry Valley; one brother, Gene Johnston of Texas; one sister, Evelyn Pamplin of Batesville; and nine grandchildren.

Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M.

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Morgan Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Helena-West Helena.

She died on July 15, 2013, in Jonesboro, Arkansas, at the age of 65, and was buried in Phillips, Arkansas.
