James Maxwell Gorsline, 55, of Springdale, died Wednesday, Jan. 12, 1994, at Springdale Memorial Hospital. Born July 28, 1938, at Van Buren, the son of Maxwell Watson and Melba Vivian Rice Gorsline, he owned and operated Jim's Window Co. and moved to Springdale 28 years ago from Decatur. He was a Methodist.
Survivors are his wife, Linda F. Cawood Gorsline, of the home; a son, James Glen Gorsline of San Diego, Calif.; two daughters, Jamie Lyn Gorsline of Oklahoma City, Okla. and Rebecca Dian Gorsline, of the home; his mother, Melba V. Gorsline, of Springdale and two grandchildren.
Service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Sisco Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. William Hightower officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be at the chapel Friday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Springdale High School Band, 1103 W. Emma Ave., Springdale, 72764, Attn: Pat Ellison.

SPRINGDALE — Linda Flo Gorsline, 74, of Springdale passed away Friday, Nov. 24, 2017 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born May 17, 1943 in Bentonville to Guy and Viva Holland Cawood.
Linda was the longtime registrar at Springdale High School.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James M. Gorsline, her parents, four brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include one son, James Gorsline and wife Lidia of San Diego, Calif.; two daughters, Jamie Gorsline of Springdale and Rebecca McCrabb and husband Joseph of Raleigh, N.C.; two sisters, Alta Faye Lee of Topeka, Kan., and Jane Truitt and husband Glen of Springdale; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale.
