James E. "Jim" Anderson, 55, of Fayetteville died Thursday at his home.
He was born April 9, 1923 at Hardford, Kan. He was a retired truck driver, worked as a night watchman and was a Protestant.
Survivors include two sons, Gary Anderson of Tulsa, Okla. and Billy Joe Anderson of Omaha, Neb.; three daughters, Patricia Brown and Donna Marie Worley, both of Omaha, Neb., and Mary Ann Drain of Fayetteville; a brother, Robert N. "Bob" Anderson of Fayetteville; a sister, Maxine Callis of Fayetteville, and six grandchildren.
Funeral services were Saturday at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville. Burial was in Mount Pleasant Cemetery at Gravette.

Services for James E. "Jim" Anderson, 55, Fayetteville, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Moore's Chapel with the Rev. Otha Tackett officiating. Burial was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Hiwasse under the direction of Moore's.
Pallbearers were William Harding, Robert Donovan, Phillip Warford, Herndon Harris, Tommy Davis and Gary Davis.
