ROGERS — Jimmie A. Coleman, 71, of Rogers, Ark., passed away Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015, surrounded by his family. He was born Aug. 27, 1944, in Bentonville, Ark., to Ora and Jette Louise Autrey Coleman.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas and worked for Preformed Line Products, in Rogers, for 30 years. Jim was a member of the Bentonville Nazarene Church, VFW, Rogers Early Risers Rotary club, and a Razorback Foundation supporter.

Jim proudly served his country in the United States Army, earning the rank of SP4 and completing a tour in Vietnam.

He had a love for his a grandchildren, gardening, and the Arkansas Razorbacks.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary in 2011; his parents; a brother, Danny Coleman; and a sister, Marilyn Coleman.

Jim is survived by two sons, John Coleman and wife, Suzanne of Bentonville, Ark., Mike Coleman of Bentonville, Ark.; one daughter, Paula Coleman of Centerton, Ark.; three granddaughters, Kelsi Coleman, Kylie Coleman and Bethany Coleman; one brother, Larry Coleman of Huntsville, Ark.; two sisters, Linda Webb of Decatur, Ark., and Delores Jones of Springdale, Ark.

A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015, at Bentonville Church of the Nazarene.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015, at Bentonville Church of the Nazarene with the Reverend Mark Snodgrass officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Bentonville Nazarene Church c/o the Mary Coleman Child Development Center, El Factor, Dominican Republic.

ROGERS — Mary Louise Coleman, 66, of Rogers, Ark., went to be with Jesus on Sept. 22, 2011, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville. She was born May 22, 1945, in Modesto, Calif., to Everett Dixon and Venita Mahurin Dixon.

She retired from Walmart accounts payable in 1998 after 33 years with the company. She was active for many years in the Bentonville Nazarene Church serving in the children's department and in missions. She was the Local NMI President for several years, and served on the District Nazarene Mission International council for several years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, baby brother Bobby Ray Dixon and brother Everett Loy Dixon.

Mary is survived by her husband, Jim Coleman of 48 years; two sons, John Coleman and wife Suzanne of Bentonville, Ark., Mike Coleman and wife Erin of Blythewood, S.C.; one daughter Paula Coleman of Centerton, Ark.; three granddaughters, Kelsi Coleman, Kylie Coleman, Bethany Coleman; one brother, William Dixon and wife Charlene of Rogers, Ark.; five sisters, Jeannie Robbins of Bentonville, Ark., Sandra Walker and husband Franklin of Pea Ridge, Ark.; Sharon McAllister of Pea Ridge, Ark.; Darlene Early and husband Johnny of Rogers, Ark., Rhonda Patterson of Sulpher Springs, Ark.; one sister-in-law, Carol Dixon of Wyandotte, Okla.; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26, 2011, at Bentonville Church of the Nazarene.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2011, at Bentonville Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Mark Snodgrass officiating. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.

Memorials may be made in honor of Mary Coleman to the Bentonville Church of the Nazarene, Children's Department or Missions Fund, 220 NW "A" St., Bentonville, AR 72712.
