Mamie Ethel Cox was born on May 31, 1908, in Lonoke, Arkansas, the daughter of Fannie and Edward. She married Charles (Charlie) Jacob Haller on May 13, 1933, in Arkansas City, Arkansas. They had three children during their marriage. She died on December 17, 1977, in Stuttgart, Arkansas, at the age of 69.
