SPRINGDALE — Russell Gene "Rusty" Frisinger, 56, of Springdale, died Sunday, July 7, 2019. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, July 11, at Fellowship Bible Church in Rogers. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, Ark., 72762.
