Springdale — Patsy Ann Ivy, 48, of Springdale, died Sunday, Dec. 3, 1989, in a Seattle, Wash., hospital. Born Sept. 29, 1941, at Gould, the daughter of Lloyd and Wilma Billingsly Patterson, she was a member of First Baptist Church in Springdale and a hairdresser.
Survivors are her husband, Jacy Ivy of the home; two daughters, Kelly Balch and Whitney Ivy, both of Springdale; four brothers, Harold Patterson at Dumas, Dee Patterson of Springdale, Pat Patterson of Tulsa, Okla., and Tommy Patterson of Clarksville; three sisters, Juanita Pennington and Millie Jo Minor, both of Dumas, and Debbie Jaro of Springdale; and a grandchild.
Funeral will be a 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church in Springdale with burial in Bluff Cemetery, under the direction of Sisco Chapel. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society of the First Baptist Church building fund.
