Lila Bell Wiggs was born on February 6, 1890. She married Homer Virginia Cofer on January 20, 1911, in White, Arkansas. They had two children during their marriage. She died as a young mother on July 28, 1914, in White, Arkansas, at the age of 24, and was buried there.
