Rachel Kay Stevens, 21, of Batesville, Arkansas died Wednesday, January 21, 2015, in Memphis, Tennessee.
Born March 17, 1993, in Batesville, she was the daughter of Randell Stevens and Katrina Mohlke Stevens.
Survivors include her parents, of Batesville; two sisters, Kayla Stevens House and her husband, Michael, and Kinley Faith Stevens, also of Batesville; maternal grandparents, Glen Mohlke and Pearlean Mohlke of Charlotte; two nephews, Cannon Mark House and Talon Randell House; three aunts, Kathy Kelley and her husband, Blake, Beverly Stevens and Selina Wallis and her husband, Tracy; and five cousins, Leon Kelley, Renee Denton, Dion Stevens, Hayden Anderson and Hudson Anderson, all of the Batesville area.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Ralph and Roberta Stevens; and an uncle, Dennis Stevens.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at West Baptist Church with Bro. Cory Majors officiating. Burial will be at Pleasant Valley Cemetery under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.
Pallbearers will be Hayden Anderson, Hudson Anderson, Jacob Gillihan, Cody Mize, Clint Arnold and Garett Denton.
Honorary pallbearers are Clark Emery, Dr. Pat Mulick, Dr. Ann Nolen, Dr. Anne Zachary, Instructors and Classmates at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center and Lyon College.
The family will receive friends from 12:00-3:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 27, 2015, prior to the service at West Baptist Church.
