Irene "Lucy" Farrell, age 90, of Russellville passed away Sunday, November 8, 2015, at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. She was born May 17, 1925, in Greenville, Texas to Walter and Esther Martin Hart. She was an ordained minister's wife for over 50 years and was affiliated with the Assemblies of God. She was a great cook and seamstress and touched the lives of many. She is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. J.W. Farrell; her parents; one brother, and three sisters. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, John David and Audra Farrell of Siloam Springs; a daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Larry Dane of Russellville; two grandchildren, Mark Dane of Dallas, Texas and Larenda Dane of Russellville; and several great-grandchildren. A memorial service will at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at First Assembly of God in Russellville with the Rev. Arlis Thrasher and Mark Dane officiating. The burial will be private in Rest Haven Memorial Park and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville. Family will receive friends from 5-6 p.m.,on Tuesday at the funeral home.
