Christine (Mendoza) Zambrano, 52, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 16, 2019 in Tulsa, OK. She was born on May 16, 1967 in Avondale, AZ to her parents, Joe and Ruth Perez. Christine loved to listen to music. She could play several instruments and was musically talented. Christine enjoyed going camping, living the river life and just being outdoors enjoying nature. She would love to go to the Casino for entertainment while spending time with her friends and family. She loved coloring in her coloring books on her free time and completing her crossword puzzles. Christine was a very caring, loving and outgoing soul that would do anything for you. She had a huge heart filled with love. She also loved her animals and was a huge animal lover. Christine was a hard worker all her life and worked as a CNA taking great care of her patients. She has touched so many lives with her caring heart and soul. Christine will always be remembered by her friends and family. She is preceded in death by her dad, Joe Perez; her son, Tony Araujo. Christine is survived by her husband, Juan Zambrano of Jay, OK; mom, Ruth Perez; children, Mario Perez, Destiny Mendoza, Joe Vargas, Faustino Araujo and wife Jennifer, Alicia Hernandez and husband Arturo, Nathan Araujo and wife Sami, Tiffany Araujo and husband Rolando Lopez, Judustin Araujo; grandchildren, Isaiah Bottorff, Javi Araujo, Jennifer Araujo, Matthew Araujo, Zuliee Araujo, Nayeli Araujo and Daleyza Hernandez; numerous cousins, extended family and friends. Christine’s family visitation to greet friends will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 from 5:00-7:00pm at Lawson’s Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 311 W. Gray St., Jay, OK 74346. Christine’s Mass of Christian Burial Service will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 1:00pm, Lawson’s Funeral Homes & Cremation Services Chapel, Jay, OK, followed by her burial at 3:30pm, Bluff Cemetery, 900 N Shiloh St., Springdale, AR. Arrangements are entrusted to Lawson’s Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 311 W. Gray St., Jay, OK 74346 with Shaunda J. Lawson, 3rd Generation Owner/Funeral Director and Staff.
