Note: Susan Elizabeth Greenlee was born 07 April 1902 at her parent's farm at Graff, Wright County, Missouri. She was the oldest daughter of John Franklin Greenlee and Mary Ellen Hutsell. She married first James Edmond Ward and had sons Ellis and "Bunk". Both of her sons died in World War 2. She later married Alex Rider. She died 27 May 1960 in Clay County, Arkansas of a heart attack.
