Born to: S.P. Rudesill and Lillie Jane Mangis on March 2, 1894 in Wayne County, ILL,
Died: March 25, 1983 in Batesville Arkansas.

Dora Graham was a very strong minded and strong willed Pentecostal lady. She was holding a cedar post while her husband Homer was driving it in the ground out of a wagon. The head of the eight pound post mall came off the handle and struck her in the top of the head. Homer picked her up and took her to the house. Later when she came to herself, she took a needle and thread and sewed up the wound. She wore that scar on her forehead the rest of her life.

January 20, 1975 she watched as her sister Ada (Rudesill) Fritts crossed highway 167 at Velvet Ridge to get the mail. After getting the mail, Ada turned and stepped into the path of a south bound car and was killed instantly. Dora never recovered from seeing her sister killed. She died in a Batesville Arkansas nursing home March 25, 1983.
