Robert Bruce Johnson, 75, of Powhatan, died July 14, 2013, at NEA Baptist Hospital.
Born June 26, 1938, in Randolph County, he retired from McDonnell Douglas in St. Peters, Mo., after 37 years. He returned to Arkansas 19 years ago.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Ida Weaver Johnson; three sisters, Lois Ruth Yuban, Ida Lou Phillips and Sharon Kay Johnson; and in-laws, Stanley and Vinita Mason.
Survivors include his wife, Susan Johnson; a son, William Bruce Johnson and wife Clarissa, Ward; four sisters, Elizabeth Kobosh, Michigan, Ellen England and Joyce Dolton, both of Edwardsville, Ill., and Eva Davis, Powhatan; a brother, James Johnson, Black Rock; a sister-in-law, Peggy Bukota, Renton, Wash.; two grandchildren, Michele Marschal and Daniel Bruce Johnson; and a great-grandson.
Visitation is Thursday from 1-3 p.m. at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge, followed by a private burial.

Susan Mason Johnson , 77 of Powhatan, died on February 23, 2020 at her residence.
She was born on August 6, 1946 in St. Louis, MO to Stanley and Venita Spitzfaden Mason.
Susan loved gardening, clog dancing, and volunteering at the Lawrence Hall Nursing Home, but most of all, she loved her family and spending time with them.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Clarissa Johnson (Robert) Dunn; granddaughter, Michele (Jeff) Johnson; grandson, Daniel (Whitney) Johnson; great grandson, Christian Mareschal; sister, Peggy (George) Bukota; niece, Jennifer (Brett) Hawton; sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Kobach & Joyce Dalton; and brother-in-law, James Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert B. Johnson; and son, Williams B Johnson.
Funeral services conducted 1:00 pm at House Gregg Funeral Home with Everett Hart officiating.
