Father: Lendell Eugene "Gene" Harmon
When Chad Eugene Blubaugh was born on April 28, 1971, in Searcy, Arkansas, his father, Lendell, was 18. He had two siblings. He died on December 3, 1992, in Dade City, Florida, at the age of 21.

Killed in an automobile accident. Graduate of Searcy High School, member of the Army National Guard. He was a handsome and caring young man with a huge heart and a charming grin. He delighted in teasing and joking with the people he cared about. He is greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Chad & his sister were adopted by their step-father, Gene Blubaugh.
The kids were lucky enough to have two fathers in their lives who loved them and showed them that there was room in their hearts to love all of their parents!
