When Lois SIMMONS was born on November 27, 1907, in Arkansas, her father, Charles, was 40, and her mother, Martha, was 35. She married John Jackson "Johnnie" KENT on February 1, 1924, in Izard, Arkansas. They had two children during their marriage. She died on August 9, 2001, in Searcy, Arkansas, at the age of 93, and was buried there.
