Lovy Nola Williams was born on July 19, 1917, in Mount Vernon, Arkansas. She married Leaman H Spradlin on February 25, 1940. She then married William Watkins Ray on December 25, 1945. She died on November 3, 2003, in Pangburn, Arkansas, at the age of 86, and was buried in Searcy, Arkansas.
