SPRINGDALE — Gladys Louise Maddocks, 91, of Springdale died Oct. 25, 1999, at Springdale Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born March 29, 1908, in Colorado Springs, Colo., to Charles E. and Elizabeth Jones Maddocks. She was a professor at Texas Women's University and was a member of First Presbyterian church.
Survivors include one great-niece, Sharon Rose Dillard of Springdale; two great-great-nieces, Lori Scott and Kim Scott, both of Fayetteville.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Sisco Chapel with Richard Vogeley officiating.
Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery.
Visitation begins at 10 a.m. today at the funeral home.
