Statia T. Hinesly, age 93 of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Saturday, September 17, 2011 at her residence.

She was born December 11, 1917 in Lonsdale, Rhode Island to Anthony and Victoria (Rekas) Gilanoski.

Mrs. Hinesly married Willis A. Hinesly November 27, 1943 in Valley Falls, Rhode Island. She was a homemaker.

She was a member of the B.P.O. Elks Mountain Home Lodge #1714, Council of Catholic Women, a charter member of the former Mountain Home Progressive Club, and an avid gardener and seamstress.

Mrs. Hinesly is survived by four daughters: Joan Favorite and husband Greg of Waurika, Oklahoma, Mary Ann Terrell of Benicia, California, Linda Diehl of Tonasket, Washington and Nancy Hinesly of Owasso, Oklahoma, a sister: Irene Zacharezyp of Clovis, California, ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son: David Hinesly, two brothers and two sisters.

A Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 1, 2011 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church with Reverend Stanley Swiderski Celebrant.

A visitation will be Friday from Noon – 9:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A Vigil Service will be at 7:00 p.m.
