Anthony Allen Daugherty, 48, of Ladelle died Tuesday, January 10, 2006, at the Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. A native of Monticello and resident of Ladelle for the past 20 years,
he was a retired carpenter and a member of Sardis Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Wesley Allen Daugherty and Charles Anthony "Chuck" Daugherty, both of Star City; one stepdaughter, Amanda Tucker of Harrisburg; his parents, Tom and Pauline Brady of Dermott; four brothers, Paul Laron Daugherty and wife Shirley
of Greenbrier, Jeffery Olan Daugherty and wife Barbara of Gordan, AL, Howard Randolph Daugherty of Dalton, AL, and William Dale Daugherty and wife Debra of Gainesville, GA; two sisters, Linda Louise Stroud and husband Mike of Birmingham, AL, and Betty
Gayle Daugherty of Dermott; and one granddaughter, Cindy Tucker of Harrisburg. He was preceded in death by his father, Allen Daughtery; and his randparents, Herman and Hazel Phelps Daugherty and Rev. David and Annie Peacock Hoover.

Funeral services were held Friday, January 13, at 3 p.m. at Sardis Baptist Church with Rev. John Hall officiating. Burial was at Sardis Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg. Pallbearers were Chris Stanley, Randy Chapman,
Frank Roberts, Shane Parker, Mike Stroud and Tommy Adams.
