PEA RIDGE — Ralph Patton, 90, of Pea Ridge died Sept. 28, 2006, at his home. He was born Sept 27, 1916, in Garfleld to Boyd Porter and Rose Ella Foster Patton. He was a lifetime resident of the area. He worked for the Arkansas State Highway Department, Benton County Highway Department and retired from the Rogers City Street Department as a foreman after 18 years. He enjoyed hunting and traveling. He was a member of Twelve Corners Baptist Church and Pea Ridge Masonic Lodge 119. He was preceded in death by two great-grandsons, Lance Miller and Logan Jordan.

Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Mildred Patton of the home, to whom he was married Feb. 24, 1940; three daughters, Nancy Jordan and J.W. of Pea Ridge, Lela Daniel and Jimmy and Donna Kiper and Lynn, all of Rogers; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge with Rick Booyer officiating. Burial will be in Buttram Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

BENTONVILLE - Mildred Lucille Patton, 97, of Pea Ridge, died March 30 at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. She was born Aug. 5, 1920. in Moorewood, Okla., to William Thomas Hart and Eltha Pearl Piper Hart.

She retired from Emerson Electric in Rogers. She made pillows for Granny's Quilts of Love for many years, loved to make crafts and travel. She was a member of the Pea Ridge Historical Society and a lifelong member of Twelve Corners Baptist Church in Garfield.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ralph Patton; two brothers, Clifford Clark and Leonard Hart; five sisters, Minnie Taylor, Ada Dean, Fern Hall, Inez Lowery and Beatrice Putman; a son-in-law, Jimmy Daniel; and two great-grandsons, Lance Miller and Logan Jordan.

Survivors are three daughters, Nancy Jordan and husband J.W. of Pea Ridge, Lela Daniel of Rogers and Donna Kiper and husband Lynn of Rogers; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Service is set for 2 p.m. Monday, April 2, at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Pea Ridge with Pastor David Austin and Pastor Bonnie Austin officiating. Burial will be in Buttram Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will start at 1 p.m. Monday before the service at the funeral home.
