Inez Yarbrough, 83, of Searcy, died Saturday, June 16, 2007. She was born September 28, 1923 in Bald Knob a daughter of the late Festus and Lizzie Evans Blount. She was the retired Owner/Bookeeper of the Yarbrough Oil Company in Searcy and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Westside First Baptist Church in Greers Ferry. She is survived by her husband, Odean Yarbrough; a son, Bill Yarbrough and wife Stephanie of Hammock Dunes, Fl.; grandson, Ken Yarbrough and wife, Karen of Mantansas Shores, Fl.; brother, Bernard Blount of Judsonia; sister, Vera Burns of Bald Knob; four nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Adean Yarbrough. Services will be on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in White County Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Westside First Baptist Church, 7025 Greers Ferry Rd., Greers Ferry, Arkansas 72067.

Odean Yarbrough, 89 of Greers Ferry died Saturday, July 26, 2014.
He was born at Pangburn, Arkansas, November 9, 1924, the son Otis and Nancy Walls Yarbrough.
Mr. Yarbrough was a member of the Westside Baptist Church in Greers Ferry.
Odean was the retired business owner in Searcy. He was an avid fisherman and was always happy to share his catch with friends and neighbors. He loved playing his harmonica and would anytime someone asked. His music brought him joy. Since 1956, Odean was a member of Boone Masonic Lodge #314, Harrison, Arkansas.
Surviving is his son, Bill Yarbrough, his wife Stephanie of Palm Coast Florida and a grandson, Ken Yarbrough and his wife Karen of Palm Coast, Florida and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Inez Yarbrough.
Visitation will be 12:00 to 1:30 pm Sunday at Powell Funeral Home, Searcy. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Sunday at White County Memorial Gardens.
