Ruby Jo Good Speer passed away June 26, 2018. Born in Calhoun County, Arkansas on November 16, 1929, to Joe Henry Good and Ruby Ethel Dunn Good, she was predeceased by her parents, husband James H. Speer, and four brothers Lloyd, Bernard, Earl and Boyd Good.

She is survived by her son James Ronnie Speer (wife Linda) of Hedgesville, WV, and daughters Sharon Louise Davis (husband Gary) of North Little Rock, AR, and Nancy Jo Diffee (husband Gordon) of Mena, AR.

Known as Grandma and Mamaw, she was blessed with grandchildren Michael Speer, Jennifer Speer, Jermiah Diffee, Jodi Diffee Croft, Jamey Diffee, Adam Davis, Barrett Davis, Shanna Varnasall, Caty Duncan, Jaime Layne Brown, Stacy Woodson, Jaci Diffee, Justice Sachs, Jozsa Miller, Jordan Diffee, Jonathan Diffee, and Johanna Diffee. She was also blessed with 19 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She also had a very special relationship with her niece Mary Jo Merritt and her cousin Margaret Dudley.

She was a stay-at-home Mom and homemaker who loved to cook, spoil her grandchildren and fish for crappie.

Visitation will be 6-8PM Monday, July 2, 2018 at Proctor Funeral Home and funeral services will be at Faustina United Methodist Church with Brother Laddie Hixson officiating at 2:00PM on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 followed by burial at the Dunn Cemetery.
