Herbert Lewis Suttle, 56, of West Fork, died at his home, last night. He was born in Siloam Springs in 1900, the son of Jacob and Ida Mae Roberts Suttle. He was a 32nd Degree Mason with membership in the Masonic Lodge at Wichita, Kan. He was a carpenter by trade.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Eva Suttle of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Rebecca Robinson of West Fork, Mrs. Vivian Medart, West Fork, Miss Gloria Jean Suttle of the home in West Fork, one brother, Eugene Suttle, Wichita, Kan.; one sister, Mrs. Rebecca Ruth, Phoenix, Ariz.
Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday at 2:30 p.m., at the Christian Church in West Fork, with the Rev. Arnold Simpson of Wiggins Memorial Methodist Church, officiating. Graveside Masonic services will be conducted at West Fork cemetery by the Valley Grove Masonic Lodge No. 336 of West Fork with burial under the direction of Watson's Mortuary.

Mrs. Eva L. Suttle, 85, of West Fork died Tuesday in a Fayetteville hospital. Born Nov. 12, 1896, in Pratt, Kan., the daughter of Daniel and Emma McCockle Mensinger, she was the widow of Herbert Lewis Suttle who died in 1956. She was the retired owner and operator of a second-hand store in California and moved to this area from Kansas in 1964. She was a member of the Christian Church and the West Fork chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Vivian L. Medart of the home and Mrs. Rebecca Robinson of Springdale; a sister, Mrs. Bea Holbrook of Paulsboro, N.J.; 17 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at West Fork Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
