When Forrest Dewitt Waller was born on October 29, 1913, in Judsonia, Arkansas, his father, DeWitt, was 33 and his mother, Alma, was 30. He married Metta Lucille Wright on May 28, 1936. They had one child during their marriage. He died on September 27, 2000, in Searcy, Arkansas, at the age of 86, and was buried there.
