Redus Carl Hays, age 83, of Judsonia, died Friday, June 15, 2007. He was born Friday, February 15, 1924 in Romance, Arkansas to Ed and Flossie Stracener Hays.

He is survived by his loving wife Odaline Morris Hays who would have celebrated with him their 60th wedding anniversary this June 27th ; one son Ronnie Hays and his wife Sharon of Judsonia; two daughters Sharolyn Brown and her husband Tommy of Perryville and Sandra Johnston and her husband Richard of Judsonia; grandchildren Kristie Webster and her husband Chuck of Judsonia, Angie Brackenridge and her husband Bryan of Searcy, Reid Brown and his wife Allison of Perryville, Tosha Fougerousse and her husband Chad of Petit Jean Mountain, and Seth, Clayton, and Dustin Johnston all of Judsonia; great grandchildren Blake and Landon Shourd, Ryan Brackenridge, Alex Miller, Samuel, Kassidy, and Jordan Webster, and Avery and Wyatt Brown; one brother Donnie Hays; six sisters Geneva Jordan, Cleo Lawson, Dorothy Nier, Lois Morris, Rita Lewis, and Shirley King along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers Julian Hays, Dayton Hays, and Eugene Hays; and one sister Lillian Moss.

He was a member of the Salem Missionary Baptist Church in Judsonia; a proud WWII Veteran, serving in the United States Army; and was retired from the Natural Gas Pipeline of America.

Funeral services will be Monday, June 18, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Salem Missionary Baptist Church in Judsonia with interment following at White County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday, June 17, 2007 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home.

Odaline Marie Morris Hays, 87, of Judsonia passed away April 13, 2016 surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born April 27, 1928 in Judsonia to the late Burnice and Rosie Morris. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Redus Hays; sister, Juanita Hodges and brother, Leon Morris.
Mrs. Hays was a longtime faithful member of the Salem Missionary Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend.
She is survived by one son, Ronnie Hays and his wife Sharon of Judsonia; two daughters, Sharolyn Brown and her husband Tommy of Perryville and Sandra Johnston and her husband Richard of Judsonia; grandchildren, Kristie Webster and her husband Chuck, Angie Hays, Reid Brown and his wife Allison, Tosha Fougerousse and her husband Chad, Seth Johnston and his wife Maegan, Clayton Johnston, and Dustin Johnston; great grandchildren, Blake and Landon Shourd, Ryan Brackenridge, Samuel, Kassidy, and Jordan Webster, Avery, Wyatt and Emery Brown, Raegan and Maclain Fougerousse, Nate and Kylie Johnston; one brother, Edward Morris of Searcy along with a host of other loving family members and friends.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Salem Missionary Baptist Church in Judsonia with Bro. Johnny Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in the White County Memorial Gardens in Searcy with Chuck Webster, Reid Brown, Seth Johnston, Clayton Johnston, Dustin Johnston, Chad Fougerousse, Blake Shourd and Ryan Brackenridge serving as pallbearers. Landon Shourd, Wyatt Brown, Maclain Fougerousse, Nate Johnston, Samuel Webster and Jordan Webster will serve as honorary pallbearers. Visitation will be 6:00 �" 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 15, 2016 at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home in Searcy.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the nurses and staff at the three west nurses station at Unity Health.
